Our client, Dallas Trailor repair wanted to expand and grow their business to additional cities here in the Southwest but failed to find an appropriate and effective comprehensive solution for automating and digitizing data entry for service repairs.

Digitize the entire data collection and processing experience without extra expenditure adding additional staff.

The Solution

Our approach, spending time in the field visiting with clients and repair team members. We worked with our customers in the field to better understand the challenges they were facing.

As a result, we designed and developed a customized Mobility solution for Tablets and iPads with the ability to function and perform with limited to no network connectivity.

Our solution enabled repair team members to fill out proper documentation and independently jump-start the automated repair processing, immediately allowing the invoice to be sent directly to the customer, cutting significant time on backlogging and costs of adding additional staff.

Our automated solution enabled our client to cut costs, increase productivity, achieve efficiency gains, reduce overhead and grow and expand their business to multiple cities, here in the Southwest.
